Osetra Coastal Cuisine on Georgia Street is a splurge-worthy destination which focuses on fresh, often raw, seafood showcased with precise craft and clean, crisp flavours. The menu highlights sustainably sourced ingredients alongside a premium caviar program, offering a refined, elevated dining experience perfect for intimate evenings and special celebrations.
Folietta: There is no shortage of outstanding Italian dining options to choose from in Vancouver, with new openings standing alongside more established favourites. One new option getting rave reviews is Folietta, a modern Italian ristorante in Vancouver’s Grandview-Woodland neighbourhood. The menu features handmade pastas, regional Italian dishes, and signature house-made focaccia with served in a space which includes a buzzy aperitivo bar and semi-enclosed patio.
