What time is check-in and check-out at St. Regis Hotel Vancouver?

Check-in is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 12:00 PM (11:00AM beginning January 1st, 2027). Late check-outs are subject to additional charges.

What do I need to provide at check-in?

You must present a credit card and a matching photo ID, both in the same name as the reservation. A hold will be placed for the full reservation amount plus a $100 CAD incidental deposit. For prepaid reservations, only the $100 CAD incidental deposit is required. The incidental deposit is reversed at check-out, though it may take a few days to reappear on your card.

Does St. Regis Hotel accept cash instead of a credit card deposit?

No, the hotel does not accept cash in lieu of credit card deposits.

What is the minimum age to check in?

Guests must be at least 19 years old to check in.

What happens if I check out early?

An early departure fee of $100 will be charged if you check out before the confirmed checkout date, unless early departure is confirmed upon arrival.

What is the cancellation policy at St. Regis Hotel Vancouver?

All changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your arrival date to avoid a penalty. No-shows are treated as cancellations and are subject to a one-night charge. No refunds are given if all or part of the reservation is cancelled during your stay.

Are there exceptions to the 24-hour cancellation policy?

Yes. Cancellations due to medical reasons (with a valid doctor's note) or changed travel itineraries (with proof of airline cancellation) made within 24 hours will not be charged a fee.

What is the cancellation policy for 2026 FIFA World Cup dates?

Reservations that include June 13, 18, 21, 24, 26, or July 2, 7 require a one-night non-refundable deposit and must be cancelled with seven days' advance notice to avoid a cancellation fee.

Is breakfast included at St. Regis Hotel Vancouver?

Yes, a full cooked to order breakfast for up to two guests is included with your room rate.

Are there charges for additional guests?

The room rate includes two guests. A charge of $35 CAD per day per person (plus taxes) applies for third and fourth guests. Children under 12 stay for free.

Is St. Regis Hotel Vancouver a non-smoking property?

Yes, all rooms are non-smoking. Smoking or vaping in your room will result in a $200 CAD deep cleaning charge.

Are pets allowed at St. Regis Hotel Vancouver?

No, pets are not permitted. Only licensed service dogs are allowed. Damaged or soiled rooms will incur a $200 cleaning fee.

Can I request extra items for my room?

Yes, we have a limited number of amenities available on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend requesting them at the time of booking:

• Mini fridge

• Microwave

• Kettle: Available by request, subject to availability

• Slippers

• Additional St. Regis bottled spring water (replenished daily at no cost)

What it the hotel’s housekeeping policy? 

Rooms at the St. Regis Hotel are serviced daily by our housekeeping team with bottled water, coffee, and chocolates replenished daily. Bedding is changed every third day or by guest request.

What kind of cleaning products does the hotel use? 

The St. Regis Housekeeping team uses only cleaning products which have been certified as environmentally friendly. 

Does St. Regis Hotel offer roll-away beds?

No, roll-away beds are not available.

Does St. Regis Hotel Vancouver offer parking?

Yes, parking is available for $40 CAD per night (plus taxes) with unlimited in-and-out privileges.

Is the parking secure?

Yes, parking is underground, secured, and monitored by 24-hour camera surveillance. We recommend not leaving any visible valuables in your vehicle. The hotel is not liable for any loss or damage that occurs while using the parking facilities.
