Cancellation Policy:
- All changes or cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the arrival date to avoid penalty
- Cancellations due to medical reasons made within the 24-hour notice period will not be charged a cancellation fee. Please note that a valid doctor’s note must be presented for the fee to be waived.
- Cancellations due to changed travel itineraries made within the 24-hour notice period will not be charged a fee. Please note that proof of cancellation from the airline must be presented for the fee to be waived.
- No shows are regarded as cancellations, and are subject to a one-night charge
- No refunds are given if all or any part of reservation is cancelled during the stay
- For groups & corporate agreement stays, please refer to the signed contract agreement for cancellation policy details
Check In Policies
- A credit card must be presented at the check in time along with a matching picture ID, both in the same name as the reservation. A hold of the full amount of the reservation is made plus $100 CAD deposit for incidentals deposit. Reservations that have been prepaid will be subject to a $100 CAD deposit for incidentals only.
- The $100 CAD incidentals deposits will be reversed at check-out. Funds may take few days to be reappear on the credit card.
- The Hotel does not accept cash in lieu of credit card deposits
- Minimum age to check in is 19 years old
Early Check Out
- An early departure fee of $100.00 will be charged should you check out before the confirmed checkout date noted on the registration card unless confirmed upon arrival to avoid a penalty charge.
The St. Regis is a Non-Smoking Hotel
- All rooms are NON-SMOKING. Smoking or vaporizing in the room will result in a $200 charge for deep cleaning on the credit card presented at check-in.

We have a limited number of additional room amenities which are available first-come, first-served by request. We recommend requesting these amenities at the time of booking.
- Mini Fridge: $ 5 cad per night (to a maxmum of $25) subject to availability
- Microwave: $ 5 per night (to a maxmum of $25) subject to availability
- Kettle by request, subject to availability
- Slippers $5 per pair (complimentary in Executive Suites)
- Additional FIJI bottled water: $ 2.50 per bottle. (Rate includes one bottle per guest, replenished daily at no cost)
- The St. Regis Hotel does not offer roll-away beds
St. Regis Hotel Parking
- The hotel parking fee is $40 plus taxes per night with unlimited in and out privileges
- Note that the parking facilities are underground, secured and do have camera surveillance 24hrs
- During your stay, we recommend that guest not leave any visible valuables in their vehicle
- The St. Regis Hotel will not be liable for any loss or damages occurred while using our parking facilities during your stay
