A Letter of Thanks for the Great Reviews

On behalf of everyone at the St. Regis Hotel, I would like to thank all of our guests who have taken the time to go to their favourite websites and post such kind reviews. Openings and re-openings place great demands on staff, and we’re proud of each and every member of our team who has worked so hard to deliver personal and outstanding service to each of our guests and to make every one of them feel special.

We’ve been excited to read the great new reviews and the emails of thanks that we’ve received from many, many guests. Thanks to those reviews, less than eight months after our reopening, we are now among the top-rated Vancouver hotels on the most important travel review sites. The titles of these reviews say it all:

We take great pride in the stylish, yet practical surroundings and in the wide range of complimentary amenities we offer, but most of all, we’re proud of effort and attention that our staff give to our guests.
