Breakfast service upgraded again for busy summer season

This summer has been the busiest since we reopened after our complete renovation and the extra business has forced us to look at all our procedures to make sure that they still work as well when we’re jam-packed as the do when we’re at less than full occupancy in the Fall and Winter.
Spot checks, guest feedback and online reviews are some of the ways that we monitor our performance and recently we realized that one of our key services—complimentary breakfast—needed some additional resources to maintain the level of service which has won us consecutive Traveller’s Choice “Best Service” Awards from TripAdvisor.
So, to support our breakfast team and help them with this extremely busy time, we’ve just hired an additional three staff members and our management also spent several days working with the entire team to streamline the systems. We’re confident that the extra resources will result in faster, better service and will restore our breakfast experience to the level expected by our guests.
