1000 Reviews and Counting!

TripAdvisor has become a truly essential tool for travellers researching places to eat, stay and sightsee on their travels—it’s the World’s official source for word of mouth opinions! We pay close attention to our reviews on TripAdvisor to make sure that we catch and act on any feedback as quickly as possible.
Recently we noticed that we were approaching a TripAdvisor milestone that only one other Vancouver Hotel had reached—1000 reviews! We wanted to take a moment to thank the many guests who’ve taken the time to share their feedback and experiences not only with other people who are making Vancouver travel plans, but also with us, helping us to get better all the time!
So, for the sake of posterity, here’s our 1000th review!
We (2 couples) stayed at St Regis Hotel on 31 August and 1 September in Smart Queen Rooms prior to our cruise to Alaska and returned a week later (9 September) before joining the Rocky Mountaineer to find we had been upgraded free to Junior Suites. St Regis is the place to stay in down town Vancouver. It is central to shops, restaurants and the cruise terminal and the staff, in particular Ryan, are extremely helpful with advice in navigating Vancouver. The beds are super comfy - must find out what brand they are! Being visitors from Australia, it was fantastic that international calls were free from our rooms because we could call home. Having access to free WiFi and computers was an added bonus. The breakfast kept us going most of the day. We would thoroughly recommend St Regis Hotel to travellers who want a hotel that is boutique and not too big, offers a central location with extremely comfortable accommodation and helpful staff.
